Lifeguard
Training & Waterfront Lifeguarding:
Teaches the skills and knowledge
needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies.
• Includes: CPR for
the Professional Rescuer, AED skills and First Aid.
• Upon Successful completion
of the course, the student will be granted a lifeguard
training and first aid certification (valid for 3 years)
and an advanced CPR certification (valid for 1 year).

Junior Lifeguarding
The Junior Lifeguard Program offers step-by-step skill development with a safety-first motto. We take pride in offering a variety of challenging activities in a fun atmosphere designed for the youth ages 11-14.
• Upon Successful completion of the course, the student will be granted a Guard Start Certification. Adult, Child, Infant & AED CPR certification ( valid for 1 year ) and first aid certification (valid for 3 years).

Teaches the skills and knowledge
needed to teach the following Red Cross courses and includes
Fundamentals of Instructor Training.
